                                                             CHRIS GUILLORY
Chris Guillory was recognized as a RACE award recipient for his stellar play on the baseball diamond.  Chris has been recognized as a special talent at every level of play.  Chris currently plays as a member of Major League Baseball's Breakthrough Series National Team.  In addition, Chris has been recognized as a Minority Baseball Prospect All-American and is ranked in the state of Georgia, and nationally, as one of the best players in his high school graduating class (2026).   As impressive as Chris' on the field resume reads, it is second to the character he is regularly recognized for displaying in the field of competition and in the community.

Travel-N-Training Grant Winners

2024 T-N-T Grant Winners
Thirty-three student-athletes will have more opportunities to experience the joy of high level competition thanks to 2024 travel and training grants from Get in the RACE, Inc. (“RACE”).  Award recipients range in age from 11-18. Participant activities include baseball, tennis, gymnastics, competitive cheer and dance, swimming and even a race car driver. These awards are designed to help defray that cost of high level training, travel to regional, national and, in some cases, international competition. These grants will help develop well-rounded athletes who are prepared to take advantage of the numerous opportunities that their hard work can provide; including scholarships, or even professional careers should their nurtured skills lead in that direction.
2025 T-N-T Grant Winners
Seven student-athletes will have new opportunities to pursue high-level competition through the 2025 travel and training grants awarded by Get in the RACE, Inc. (“RACE”). This year’s recipients, ages 10 to 15, represent a range of disciplines including gymnastics, tennis, golf, and softball. The grants are intended to ease the financial burden of advanced training and travel to regional, national, and international competitions. By providing this support, RACE furthers its commitment to developing well-rounded athletes who are positioned to benefit from the opportunities their dedication creates, whether that be college scholarships or, for some, the pursuit of professional careers as their talents continue to grow.
